DLES.gg is a free, independent catalogue of daily games. By using the site you agree to the following, which I've tried to keep short and readable.

The service

DLES.gg lets you discover, rate, favourite and organise daily games made by other people. The site is provided free of charge, on an "as is" basis, with no guarantee of availability. I may add, change or remove features and listings at any time.

Third-party games

The games listed here are created and hosted by third parties, not by DLES.gg. When you click through to a game you leave this site and are subject to that game's own terms and privacy practices. I do my best to list games I find fun, high-quality and working — but I can't guarantee their content, availability, or safety, and I'm not responsible for them. If a game is broken, please use the Report broken button.

Submitting a game

When you submit a game, you confirm you have the right to share the information you provide. All submissions are reviewed manually and listed at my discretion, following the criteria in the manifesto. Submitting a game does not guarantee it will be listed, and I may remove any listing at any time.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or break the site.
• Submit spam, illegal content, or games you don't have the right to share.
• Manipulate ratings, favourites or popularity counts.

Intellectual property

The DLES.gg name, design and original written content (such as reviews and the changelog) belong to me. Each listed game's name, artwork and content belong to its respective maker.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DLES.gg is provided without warranties of any kind, and I'm not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of any third-party game linked from it.
