How to play

You're given a set of words displayed as letter tiles. Click any letter to remove it — each removal must produce a valid English word, shrinking the word down one letter at a time. Work through all the words until they've been reduced enough to reveal the hidden phrase beneath. You have 3 mistakes; attempting a removal that doesn't form a valid word costs one.
