How to play

A world map lit by real population density is your board, with bright clusters for dense cities and dark stretches for empty land. Draw a single loop anywhere to enclose people, trying to capture exactly the target number given for the day. You get 1 shot, and your score is based on how close the real population inside your loop lands to that target.
