How to play

Fill a 5x5 grid so that each of its 5 digits appears exactly once in every row and every column, while satisfying the symbols printed between cells. Each puzzle draws 2 rules from a larger set, such as an arrow pointing at the smaller of 2 neighbours. A notes mode allows pencil marks.
