How to play

A short string of emoji stands in for a hidden word of between 5 and 12 letters, and you type your answer on an on-screen keyboard. Letters sitting in the right place are marked differently from letters that appear elsewhere in the answer and from those absent altogether, so each attempt narrows the spelling.
