How to play

Fill a 3x3 grid where every cell needs a city that satisfies both its row label and its column label at once, such as a coastal city that is also in Canada. You have 9 guesses for the 9 cells. Each correct city is scored by how famous it is, and rarer picks score lower, so the aim is to find valid cities few people would name and keep your total rarity as low as possible.
